Role Summary/Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Platform Product Manager to join
our team and help define and drive the future of our products. You
will be responsible for creating the platform product strategy and
roadmap, as well as defining, delivering, and managing innovative
new API based solutions. You will drive the growth of our business
by delivering value through new platform distribution models.
This position is remote, where you have the option to work from
home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest
office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings,
training and culture events. To ensure the safety of our colleagues

What You'll Do:
Define and articulate product vision and strategy for our partner
and developer experiences.
Create, maintain and communicate a product roadmap and represent
the team with partners and senior company leaders to influence and
align resources and prioritization.
Responsible for the developer experience and overall responsibility
for creating and maintaining API tooling, developer communication
and documentation for our users.
Lead product discovery and execution activities, taking a
methodical and data driven approach to drive all efforts toward
achieving our business objectives.
Define and communicate product requirements.
Deliver the product - be accountable for the delivery of the
product from requirement to usage and in-life management.
Represent the customer. You will interface with customers,
prospects, and partners to understand user needs and customer use
cases. You will be the champion and voice of customers and have a
keen sense of how our platform can be leveraged or extended to meet
these customers' and partners' growing needs
Define and track key success metrics of the platform product.
Collaborate closely with other product managers, engineering,
program management, data science, business operations, sales,
marketing, design, finance, and other cross-functional teams to
build a platform that helps our customers succeed in achieving
their gifting objectives, regardless of their context.
Have a clear pulse on the market and competitive feature offerings
and help us identify new opportunities.
Apply product management, industry, and market expertise to
brainstorm and create additional use-cases for the platform.
Translate user stories into API specifications.
Contribute to platform testing phases when requirement decisions
must be made.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor Degree OR , in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and
9+ years of Product Management experience that includes:
4+ years of relevant Micro Service and SaaS Platform experience,
working as a Product Manager for a software product development
company.
Innate curiosity and passion for solving complicated problems.

visible products from concept-to-market. Ability to discuss and

stakeholders, manage tradeoffs and communicate with stakeholders at
all technical and managerial levels.
Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the
ability to think clearly and analyze problems holistically.
Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time,
budget and quality.
Demonstrated experience planning and managing complex project
schedules.
An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas
independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with e-commerce technology platforms.
Hands-on knowledge of agile product development processes.
Research and analytical skills to track KPIs and determine market
trends.
Problem-solving skills to quickly rectify any issues with the
platform.
Can-do, positive attitude.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background
investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding
process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the
Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with
the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once
this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate
will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post
for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must
have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All
internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations
and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of
your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or
performance expectations).

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD
Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and
some positions are bonus eligible.
