The company is currently hiring a highly skilled Corporate Controller to oversee all accounting operations for its domestic and international e-commerce and retail networks, ensuring financial compliance, accuracy, and supporting long-term growth plans. Job Details Primary Responsibilities: Lead accounting activities across global operations, including U.S. and international subsidiaries, retail outlets, and inventory management. Oversee the end-to-end global financial close, including consolidation of results and elimination of intercompany transactions. Provide leadership and support to accounting teams (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Payroll), fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. Administer accounting procedures for retail operations, covering inventory valuation, loss prevention, fixed asset tracking, and POS system integration. Supervise payroll accounting functions and work closely with HR to ensure accurate and regulatory-compliant payroll processing across all jurisdictions. Produce timely and accurate financial reports and coordinate with external auditors during audits. Develop and uphold strong internal control frameworks to ensure compliance with GAAP and local financial regulations. Partner with FP&A, tax, legal, and operational teams to enhance decision-making and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. Drive continuous improvement of financial systems and workflows to support organizational scaling. Contribute to global cash flow management and maintain effective banking and treasury relationships. Participate in strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects, including mergers and acquisitions, process enhancements, and business transformation efforts. Qualifications: CPA with 10 years of accounting career experience. 3 years of experience in public accounting, ideally auditing public companies. 3 years of experience preparing financial statements in a publicly traded company. Previous experience working as a controller. Strong knowledge of SOX. Experience with accounting for inventory. Experience working in NetSuite. Interested in hearing more?
