Progressive Leasing is hiring a--Manager, Creative Strategy. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing the candidate selected for this role will be responsible for leading brand and marketing messaging development, measurement, and execution for the company. THE DETAILS You will work closely with our graphics design, marketing, and UI/UX teams to ensure impactful, consistent visual and verbal messaging delivery across all channels. You should have deep brand design experience and a passion for shepherding the process of establishing a strong brand in the hearts and minds of consumers. You should be extremely creative and dedicated, and possess excellent visual communication and copy writing skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Own the company visual identity and branding
• Shape brand guidelines and standards
• Shepherd the company brand
• Partner with product and data science teams to better understand the customer and evolve the company brand/messaging
• Partner with the marketing team to develop campaign strategy/assets and support execution
• Partner with executives, sales, marketing, and other functions across the business to create engaging, compelling, clear, and crisp strategy for sales, new business development, and investor relations decks
• Lead a team of graphic designers to ensure quality, timely, and consistent delivery of creative materials
• Develop and imbed result-focused visual/verbal communications capability across the business
• Transform high-level strategy outlines into clear, succinct, predominantly visual PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders
• Develop creative toolkits for both internal and external stakeholders REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in art direction, graphics design, marketing communications, or related fields
  • Proven ability to craft/convey compelling stories specific to a particular audience (consumers, retailers, shareholders, etc.)
  • Aptitude for fostering a supportive, collaborative, and high performing team in addition to identifying and developing talent
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box and identify disruptive solutions as well as execute against the best
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented work ethic
  • Bachelor's degree in art, graphics design, marketing, or communications WHAT WE OFFER
