Job Description:
JOB OVERVIEW The Marketing Specialist II is responsible for
supporting the execution of Equity Trust marketing events, as well
as providing general marketing support for promotion of event
registration, fulfillment of product sales, and other marketing
projects as assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES -Plan and draft
content for email communications, websites, newsletters, media
releases, and social media relating but not limited to Equity Trust
virtual and in person events -Execute, manage, and analyze email
marketing campaigns through Marketo including content, building
programs, and analyzing results -Manage the creation of videos,
collateral, and other promotional/sales support pieces as needed in
coordination with Creative and Content team(s) -Support the
planning, logistics, and execution of Equity Trust virtual and
in-person events including but not limited to venue contracts,
vendor sponsorships, revenue share reporting, audio and visual
contracts, shipping event materials and working with the analyst on
post event reporting. -Manage event registration platform,
including updating site, marketing copy, video content, etc.
-Communicate and collaborate with external and internal partners
regarding the execution of promotional events and campaigns
-Collaborate with designers, sales professionals, marketing peers,
external influencers, and industry experts to fulfill marketing
campaigns and reach targets -Coordinate with creative services team
members and outside resources to complete requested projects
Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelors degree
in Marketing, Communications, or related field required -Minimum 2
years of marketing/communication experience required -Event
planning and support experience preferred TECHNICAL SKILLS To be
successful in this role, you should have experience with and an
understanding of the following: -Microsoft Office -Marketing
automation/email marketing platforms (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot)
-Thinkific and on24 (or other digital product platforms and online
training/registration platforms such as GoTo Webinar, etc.)
-Analyzing and interpreting campaign performance CULTURAL

a professional office environment and routinely uses standard
office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the
associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is
frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as
stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets,
