Role Summary/Purpose:
As the Vice President of Product Marketing Manager for GiftNow you
will craft and evangelize narratives for our products. As a part of
the Marketing team, you will work closely with our Sales and the
R&D teams to build and share a compelling product offering to
solve pain points for our corporate gifting and first party
clients. The Product Marketing Vice President will contribute to
the positioning, growth strategy, messaging and sales collateral
development for our product set and will advise our merchants with
marketing strategy for GiftNow. We are looking for someone who can
excel in their position while also helping bring the various teams
together, driving cross-functional execution across Marketing,
Engineering and Sales.
This position is remote, where you have the option to work from
home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest
office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings,
training and culture events. To ensure the safety of our colleagues

Essential Responsibilities:
Product Positioning and Messaging: Lead in the creation and
evolution of our product positioning and messaging. Research and
evaluate competitor offerings to identify market opportunities.
Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others
in the market to give them a unique selling point. Translate market
insights and product attributes into compelling value propositions
and GTM messaging.
Content Creation: Contribute to the development of marketing
collateral to support our demand generation activities including
case studies, blogs, web content and use cases. Develop thought
leadership pieces to grow market credibility and support pipeline
generation.
Marketing Campaign Execution: Collaborate closely with marketing
and sales on demand generation including website enhancements.
Ensure product narratives resonate with clients and speak to
solving pain points.
Analysis: Work with the GiftNow data analyst and SalesForce to
understand reporting metrics and identify opportunities to utilize
data for outbound marketing and sales support. Obtain insights into
customers' usage of current products, untapped opportunities and
buyer personas, through interviews and sales data. Develop
lead/demand gen tracking capabilities to measure success.
Sales Enablement: Communicate the vision and value of new products
to the sales team. Lead the development of sales enablement tools
and support materials including product briefs and sales pitch
decks, sales training materials, etc. Assist sales in prospect
pitches as necessary. Assist in sales planning by providing a clear
description of buyer personas and target audience segments.
Product Development and Launches: Assist in the development of
timelines and roadmap for the development of new products with
product management and engineering departments. Plan and
participate in the launch of new services and products which
involve several different departments. Develop new products GTM
strategy.
Presentation/Evangelism: Speak and present about products to both
external and internal audiences.
Client Marketing: Build marketing strategies, toolkits, and assets
for GiftNow clients and consult on integration of Loop products
within their business and ecommerce strategies. Develop a means of
obtaining client feedback on a regular basis to determine marketing
needs, roadmap initiatives,
Media & Amplification: Develop, strategize, execute, and measure
the success of strategic media campaigns as well as the
amplification of campaigns and content across media properties and
social media for B2B or B2B2C audiences.
Activation: Lead and execute product launches and campaign
activations in support of sales activity, including digital and
experiential.
Agency Management: Co-manage GiftNow agency partners, budgets and
agency timelines , creative approvals and agency outputs.
Budget tracking; Be responsible for product marketing budget as
well as tracking, reporting, and ROI measurement.
Synchrony Network: Work with Synchrony cross-functional teams to
determine needs of client integration and campaigns. Leverage SYF
network to bring abilities, functionality, and marketing insights
into Loop.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma
and 10+ years of marketing experience in the e-commerce, gift card,
or technology industries.
5+ years of marketing experience within a e-commerce environment
that includes:
Experience working in complex companies with multiple products and
teams.
Strong writing skills across different mediums including blogs, web
copy, product briefs and whitepapers.
Experience launching products, developing messaging and product
positioning.
Experience with customer segmentation, market analysis and building
business cases to improve the customer and user experience
Desired Characteristics:
A self-starter and are solution-oriented, and can operate at a high
level with senior-level stakeholders
Comfortable with being a hands-on contributor, "wearing multiple
hats" and working on a lean team.
Demonstrated experience developing high-impact sales messaging and
slideware.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales
and engineering stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background
investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding
process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the
Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with
the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once
this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate
will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post
for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must
have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All
internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations
and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of
your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or
performance expectations).

The salary range for this position is 100,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD
Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and
some positions are bonus eligible.
