a*_Marketing Specialist- Digital_*.The Marketing Specialist-
Digital is responsible for managing digital content and programs
that support the marketing activities of a local division of D.R.
Horton, Inc. (DRH), Americas largest homebuilder. This individual
will bring existing knowledge and experience to assist in all areas
of digital marketing including but not limited to digital
advertising, email, social media, web analytics and
SEO/SEM.Essential Job Functions * Create and maintain digital
advertising initiatives for the division, ensuring content is
approved, accurate and up to date; review KPIs/dashboards with
digital vendors on a monthly basis * Strategize, plan, create,
execute and analyze all email/CRM initiatives for the division,
ensuring content is approved, accurate and engaging and that emails
are sent to individuals who have opted in for marketing *
Strategize, plan, create, execute and analyze all social media
advertising campaigns * Work with sales team and other user groups
to capture content (e.g. customer testimonials) and train on best
practices/approved usage of personal social media channels * Using
our proprietary content management tools, develop and maintain
division website pages, ensuring content is approved, accurate,
continuously up to date and strong in SEO * Using our propriety
content management tools, develop and maintain division landing
pages, promotions and lead forms, ensuring content is approved,
accurate and continuously up to date * Using Google Analytics,
vendor dashboards and other tools, monitor site usage, customer
engagement and other KPIs to identify trends and recommend
improvements and optimizations across all digital tactics * Ensure
brand consistency and compliance across all marketing content and
campaigns * Traffic marketing content and campaigns with
compliance/legal teams as required and upload approved materials to
an internal record-keeping database * Listen and respond to online
channels, including reviews * Manage marketing projects through
project management tools and directly with vendors * Regular and
reliable attendance with the ability to work overtimeAdditional
Responsibilities * Support other corporate and/or division
marketing initiatives, with a digital focus * Work with outside
vendors to clearly outline expectations and manage work * Support
users of the website and email/CRM system * Stay up to date on
industry trends/marketing best practices, making recommendations
that can be integrated into the overall marketing strategy *
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve
customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company *
Additional duties as assigned MinimumRequired Qualifications 1. A
bachelors degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university OR
an associate degree with a minimum of two years experience managing
digital marketing campaigns 2. 2 years of experience creating
marketing content and campaigns with an emphasis in SEO/SEM 3. 2
years of experience using CRM/email platforms, including planning,
creating, executing and analyzing content and campaigns 4. 2 years
of experience using social media platforms in a corporate setting,
including planning, creating, executing and analyzing content and
campaigns 5. Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics, including
experience with analysis and reporting 6. Strong creative writing
skills with a knowledge of SEO best practices 7. Ability to work
independently and take ownership/accountability of assigned
projects 8. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry
out instructions furnished in written oral form or via
communication through internal/external applications or channels 9.
Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger,
handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; specific
vision abilities required by this job include close vision and
peripheral vision10. The noise level is generally moderateOther
Qualifications 1. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 2. Must
have experience with CRM and email tools (Microsoft
365/ClickDimensions is preferred) 3. Must have experience with
social media management tools (Brandwatch/Falcon I.O. is preferred)
4. Must have experience with social media advertising platforms
(Facebook/Instagram is preferred) 5. A working knowledge of project
management tools is beneficial (Asana is preferred) 6. A working
