We need someone who has experience building influencer/affiliate relationships. We are looking for someone who is goal oriented, and metric driven. This individual will work closely with our marketing team to accomplish our affiliate marketing objectives, while maintaining a strong work life balance. Job Responsibilities

• Create affiliate marketing programs to grow the company's sales, revenue, and customer base.
• Facilitates the setup and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Researches and proposes new affiliate partners.
• Compare generated revenue to influencer/affiliate spend.
• Grow/Scale affiliate marketing program.Required Skills
  • 1-3 years affiliate marketing experience
  • Experience in the beauty space or related field
