opportunities. Job Details Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a
team of customer service representatives, ensuring timely and
accurate handling of client orders, inquiries, and issue resolution
Develop and implement service protocols and workflows that support
operational efficiency and positive client outcomes Act as the
escalation point for key accounts and complex order issues,
ensuring follow-through and communication across departments
Monitor KPIs, track service levels, and provide regular reports to
senior leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with sales,
production, and shipping teams to improve overall customer
experience Qualifications: 5 years of customer service experience,
with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
Background in manufacturing, packaging, or custom-order
environments strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication,
and conflict-resolution skills Proficiency in CRM systems and
Microsoft Office; ERP system experience a plus Interested in
