YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ACCOUNT SERVICES SPECIALIST We offer our full- or part-time Account Services Specialists a flexible Monday through Friday schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Your day starts with a series of inbound and outbound calls that keep you engaged as you tackle diverse customer inquiries via phone and email. Each interaction is an opportunity to shine, whether you're verifying account information, building rapport, or educating customers on their options. Your keen attention to detail ensures accuracy as you verify banking and employment details, process payments, and set up new accounts. With each interaction, you deliver top-notch customer service and achieve quality results, making a tangible impact on our customers and driving our company's success.
