Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Composite Fabrication Specialist (Entry-level or Associate) to support the Composite Fabrication Team based in West Jordan, Utah. Position Responsibilities: - Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks - Composite bagging and forming - Composite drilling and bonding - Tooling preparation - Machine set up and operation - Overhead crane operation Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 3 months of experience in manufacturing - Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation - Ability to lift up to 35 pounds - Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 1 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools) - Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
