Role Summary/Purpose :
Product Owner, PRISM will be responsible for driving the agile
team(s) and conducting stakeholder meetings to provide updates at
regular intervals, hear back from them to adjust features and work
on them accordingly. The ideal candidate will have a strong credit
and project management background with a focus on Credit products
and a proven track record of representing the business, partnering
with a cross-functional project team, delivering projects on time
and within budget. This role will also be the primary coordination
point between the implementation team, strategy team, digital
teams, and the Product / Growth organization. This role will also
have the primary responsibility for implementing credit strategies
for Secured Installments and a few other Credit Products and help
to build a zero-defect PRISM environment.
This position is remote, where you have the option to work from
home. On occasion, we may request for you to commute to our nearest
office for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings,
training and cultural events. To ensure the safety of our

Essential Responsibilities:
Drive the Secured Installments credit transformation from the
existing to the new platform
Partner with the Secured Installments product leader for an
end-to-end integration
Serve as PO for the agile team(s) on PRISM large solution train
Collaborate with SynApps, Credit and other business partners
dApply, Rapid, e-Service including Product team and platform
stakeholders to refine the roadmap as needed
Bring in, appropriate CCM subject matter experts/strategy owners to
identify business requirements, write user stories, provide credit
support from ideation/incubation to build and launch
capabilities.
Implementation of Secured Installments Credit and Fraud strategies
using PRISM's latest credit tools FICO DMP and Open L
Partner with different key teams outside of PRISM (dApply, RAPID,
Surveyor, Tandem, DXC and eservice) to build and deliver
functionality/features on the SynApps platform
Actively engage in PI (program increment) planning as part of the
SAFe framework.
Take complete ownership of Secured Installments transformation from
PRISM and Credit perspective
Take a consumer-focused, proactive approach in meeting changing
customer expectations and client needs.
Provide credit insight to Growth Organization to assist in the
development of innovative value propositions for the Secured
Installment program
Execute special projects as requested, including
gathering/disseminating competitive intelligence, team meeting
management.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in consumer risk management, credit
management, or similar role, or in lieu of a bachelor's degree, 8+
years in consumer risk management, credit management, or similar
role
5+ years of project management experience, in a Waterfall and Agile
environment
5+ years in credit products including Acquisitions, Account
Management, Collections, and Authentication
3+ years of cross-functional team leadership management
experience
Desired Characteristics:
Prior Experience coding and implementing changes in FICO DMP and/or
Open L
Strong technology skills in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment
Strong influencing skills in a complex matrix working
environment
High energy, self-motivated, with strong communication skills in
articulating complex concepts (verbal and written)
Strong Program Management, Project Management and/or Business
Analyst experience
Experience in the banking/credit card industry
Track record of creative problem solving and resourcefulness and
ability to thrive in a cross-functional and virtual environment
Experience with Agile software development framework, acting in the
Product Owner role
Experience with SAFe framework
Experience with managing direct reports or through a matrixed
environment
Experience working with a distributed team
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background
investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding
process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the
Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with
the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once
this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate
will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post
for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must
have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All
internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations
and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of
your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or
performance expectations).

The salary range for this position is 85,000.00 - 170,000.00 USD
Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and
some positions are bonus eligible.
