What does a Director of Enterprise Analytics do at Swire Coca-Cola?As Director of Enterprise Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering world class predictive analytics by leading a world class advanced analytics/data science team, exploring new analytical opportunities and techniques, and identifying opportunities to link data sources globally. This role directs high-level data analysis planning, acts as liaison to operations/platform management, determines high-level tools and system use, and is responsible for project-level research budgeting.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees analysis of data to identify insights and actions that could benefit or mitigate potential risks to the business.
• Identifies high-impact strategic efforts and acts accordingly to meet those efforts.
• Makes recommendations for multiple approaches and means to test hypotheses about the potential outcomes of business decisions, and ensures valid, objective testing and measurement.
• Coaches and develops others to achieve maximum potential and personal satisfaction; provides timely and clear direction, development, rewards, and recognition to direct reports. Gives and seeks open, authentic feedback.
• Applies analytics to influence the development, execution, and communication of the insights strategy, and translates strategy into recommended actions.
• Maintains effective relationships with the key stakeholders and participants. Understands the dynamics of the processes and interests of the involved parties to reach effective agreements and resolutions.
• Utilizes key performance metrics (e.g., revenue and margin growth, consumer loyalty improvements and process and execution efficiencies) to evaluate effective implementation of the capability. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or Business Management required, Advanced degree in STEM discipline preferred
  • 14 years' experience in analytics, database analysis/management, business, or related area
  • 6 years' managerial or leadership experience including people and budget responsibility
  • 6 years' experience managing cross-functional teams
  • 7 years' project management experience
  • 7 years' research, analytics, statistics and/or database knowledge and experience (using tools, applications, platforms, etc.)
  • 4 years' executive leadership experience preferred in the following:
  • Leading an analytics or insights function for a global consumer-oriented organization in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or a related industry
  • Multi-channel/multi-brand business
  • World class predictive analytics skillset including modeling, AI/ML, other advanced techniques.
  • Expert ability to effectively manage talent and create an engaged high-performing team environment.
  • Ability to identify new issues, trends, and opportunities from data
  • Up to 25% travel with overnight stays.Benefit options include:
