This executive level position will work directly with the firm's managing partner and take the lead in running day to day operations of this dynamic firm. Job Description

This position is responsible for the following duties, which may be managed, supervised, coordinated, or performed directly.

Oversee internal accounting, financial and operational reporting, including budgeting and cash management. Will not necessarily have to do the accounting but must understand how it is done and what it means.
Assist with monitoring the profitability of the firm, monitors the productivity of firm personnel, monitors realization, firm collections, and cost control.
Supervise administrative staff and HR functions. Will be the point person for firm recruiting, performance evaluation, salary administration, training, CPE documentation, new employee orientation, and benefit administration.
Participate in partner activities, works closely with the managing partner, attend partner meetings and retreats, plan agendas for partner meetings and monitor implementation of strategic plan goals and action steps.
Oversee the firm's systems, such as time and billing.
Manage or oversee the firm's technology.
Oversee property & casualty, benefit, and malpractice insurance.
Provide support in firm marketing.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a business discipline. Experience in management administration is a plus.

Candidate must be available full-time. Candidate will work from the firm's office. Some overtime will be expected as well as minor travel.

Excellent communication skills are necessary as are good organization skills.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
