This person will provide sales tech stack support to global sales and BDR users as part of the intelligence team. You will help develop and optimize data-informed prospecting best-practices, onboard new hires and orient them to the tools; all while supporting Proofpoints mission of protecting people and defending data. Along with analysis on tool usage and platform support, you will be working cross functionally with other departments to provide enhanced insight into campaign performance and how the tools contribute to the business goals.Everyday is a new challenge, here are some examples of what to expect:

  • Manage support queues and office hours for tools including Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, and Alyce (with more to come)
  • Perform content audits and provide recommendations for sequences, InMail messages, etc. focused on the BDR/SDR teams.
  • Be responsible for updating various reports and presentations giving leadership key insights into prospecting activity and outcomes.
  • Setup and onboard new hires to ensure understanding of tools, workflow, and processes
  • Running reports and manipulating data in Salesforce and Excel
  • Other assigned duties when requiredWhat you bring to the team:
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
    • Strong understanding of and experience with a sales engagement platform (preferably Outreach.io), Salesforce reports/dashboards, and Excel
    • Ability to coach others while applying pleasant and effective customer service skills
    • Curiosity and passion for how data can enhance prospecting and move the business forward
    • Desire to maintain a culture of accountability, hard work, and innovation for yourself and others
    • Create, plan, and execute new projects with little direction
    • Experience troubleshooting sales tool issues and creatively solving problems
    • Ability to successfully work cross functional with internal stake holders (Marketing, BDR, Sales Manager)
