Position SummaryWe are seeking a Director of Property Management to join our leadership team and oversee our ever-expanding portfolio, which currently includes twelve Class A multifamily properties across the western United States (Utah, Idaho, Montana, and Missouri). The right candidate will have over ten years in multifamily property management and significant expertise in growing a company's presence in the third-party property management segment. This is an on-site position that reports to the Vice President of Finance and which we expect to work closely with the executive team and owners of the company. Some travel will be required.ResponsibilitiesLead and direct our regional and property management teams, with an emphasis on property lease-ups and new third-party management opportunities.Regularly review and evaluate local markets, making adjustments where needed to ensure peak profitability.Implement strategic business plans and budgets and set company goals for each property team. Manage and oversee property management contracts, policies, procedures, etc.Maintain compliance with current and new regulatory requirements and laws.Oversee the marketing of properties and property onboarding.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications10+ years of multifamily property management experience (5 of which as a regional/area manager).
