What does the Director Employee Experience & Development do at Swire Coca-Cola?

This position will have responsibility for end-to-end employee experience and leadership development. Building and executing Leadership and Professional Development Strategies for the organization, providing governance of functional development programs. This position will provide leadership across the workstreams of employee engagement, the future of work, on-boarding, leadership effectiveness, change management and partnering with Total Rewards on recognition to ensure high impact implementation of programs. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an enterprise learning strategy to develop capabilities that support business objectives and organizational growth today and for the future
  • Evolve our employee engagement strategy in partnership with our parent company to capture the voice of the employee in modern and dynamic ways then leverage data collection across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with the business, HRBPs, and other talent partners strategizing training to meet the leadership development needs integrated into overall talent initiatives focused on improved leader effectiveness
  • Create an overall framework for the employees' experience from the time they accept the offer through first 6 months with the company
  • Work in partnership with our diversity, equity, and inclusion advisory team, to ensure our employee experience aligns with our desired future culture
  • Proactively lead a compelling change management approach that focuses on culture, talent, inclusivity, employee development, and reward, as well as supporting leadership communications Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or Psychology
    • 10+ years Human Resources for related experience
    • 4+ years Talent and Learning & Development strategy implementation
