FourSite property management is seeking an Asset Manager to work at our corporate office in Draper, UT. This will be an in-office position and will not be performed remotely.Position ResponsibilitiesCreate and review operating budgets and financials for assets across the multifamily product typesDevelop management, leasing and capital investment strategies as well as budgets for each asset assigned to the employeeResponsible for asset, data and financial analysis to support an expanding investment portfolioReport to joint venture partners and lenders by producing quarterly narratives with operational and financial informationProvide cash flow projections, update business plans, compare results to budget and underwriting while identifying opportunities to improve performanceReview property performance and establish goals for revenue and expense managementDevelop a leasing strategy including outreach to tenants and marketing.Oversee property manager's preparation of annual statements and ongoing collection of rent & reimbursements (including preparation of post-close reconciliations)Consult with Acquisitions team(s) during due diligence to provide high-level feedback on market assumptions, operating expenses, staffing, and business planCoordinate minor capital projects such as light renovations in collaboration with property managers, and larger capital projects in collaboration with the construction teamRegularly research market trends and changes that may impact managed assetsCreate impact analysis reports and deliver reports to key stakeholders and clientsCommunicate any needed account changes with clients in a timely mannerRequirements:Qualifications for Asset ManagerBachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, finance or real estate focus preferred2-4 years of relevant Property management finance experienceCapable of handling multiple property accounts simultaneously while working in a high-pressure environmentExperience with and skill at using spreadsheet software, including ExcelHighly trustworthy and dependable, particularly when handling sensitive materialsExceptional communication and writing skills, and capable of liaising with multiple levels within an organizationBenefitsMedical (100% of employee monthly premium paid for)PTOPaid HolidaysDentalVisionLife Insurance paid for by the companyShort and Long term disabilityCompany events and activitiesBach Team is committed to workforce diversity.
