As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in electric, construction, residential, and commercial projects.Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Create project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality
• Manage project finances, including billing, payments, and cost trackingQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Experience in electric, construction, residential, and commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
