SUMMARY:The Director of Clinical Operations (DCO) is responsible
for the supervision, management, andcoordination of quality patient
care within their assigned team. The DCO is accountable to ensure
that care and services provided by the team are delivered in a
fiscally responsible manner while maintaining strict compliance
with all standards of practice, Federal, State, and local rules,
and regulations.This key position is responsible for the
coordination of the hospice Interdisciplinary Group care and
services and assumes responsibility for ensuring appropriate and
quality services are provided through the continuum of care. OUR
MISSION:To provide the absolute most compassionate, comprehensive,
and qualified care to people with life-limiting illness in order to
serve them through their individual journey with dignity, respect
and integrity.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:RN with current RN licensure in
state of Utah; BSN preferred.Two years of clinical management or
supervisory experience in hospice/home health setting
preferred.Excellent leadership skills.Demonstrates knowledge of
State and Federal Hospice regulations, and ACHC accrediting body
standards of hospice practice.Demonstrated record of accomplishment
in development and management of successful clinical
teams.Demonstrate exemplary interpersonal and communication
skills.High-level time management skills with the ability to
multi-taskCompetent computer skills with ability to learn and
master the use of Electronic Medical Record; Homecare Homebase
experience preferred.Personal car for travel, valid driver's
