Connecting. Growing together. The Patient Care Coordinator greets
and registers patients in a prompt, pleasant and helpful manner, as
well as instructs, directs, and schedules patients and visitors.
The receptionist receives cash payments from patients, issues
receipts and posts cash payment data. Schedule: Monday – Friday,
7:30AM – 4:00PM Location: 1403 East Sego Lily Drive, Sandy, UT.
Expectation to travel to 2146 North Main Street, Suite 514, Layton,
UT 25% of the time. Primary Responsibilities: - Scheduling outreach
will be primary focus when not covering other duties - Provide
exceptional service to all customers - Responsible to greet
patients, check patient in and out. - Ensure demographics including
insurance information are correct in Epic and update as necessary -
Collect appropriate documentation per policies in place - Schedule
appointments as necessary, verifying correct visit type and primary
care provider - Responsible for waiting room management
cleanliness, communicate pertinent information to patients and
ensure all patients have been assisted - Work with back-office
staff to ensure smooth patient flow - Resolve service issues and
complaints, and defer to appropriate management or clinical
personnel when necessary - Assist co-workers and team members with
duties when requested, to include but not limited to, floating to
other areas - Perform other duties as assigned What are the reasons

in. Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1 years of related healthcare experience, including scheduling
experience - 1 years of customer service experience with strong
communication both in person and via phone - Intermediate level of
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to travel
25% of the time to sister clinics Preferred Qualifications: - 1
years of experience with electronic health records - 1 years of
experience handling and triaging of telephone calls and a
multi-system phone line - Knowledge of medical terminology The
salary range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on
full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
