Company: Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice
leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With
one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal
conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting
physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic
imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. To
support expanded access to care in underserved rural communities,
we offer a total annual compensation range of $90,000–$110,000 for
therapists hired into one of our rural clinics. This includes a
base salary of $80,000–$85,000, $5,250 per year in student loan
repayment beginning in your first month of employment, and a
$15,000 sign-on bonus. What Does Your Role Look Like? Manage a
Balanced Caseload: Top performers treat an average of 11-12
patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient.
You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable
with it, and does not negatively impact care. Autonomy in

access to other Pathways such diagnostic imaging or internal
continuing education that promotes advanced certifications such as
becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Requirements: Ability
to adapt to different work settings Current PT License or ability
to obtain (No sanction) A passion for outpatient orthopedic
therapy
