We are actively seeking passionate professionals to join our team at multiple locations, offering a multitude of opportunities to support adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Job Location: 6150 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts; 3 days a week, 12 to 10 pm; 1 day a week, 10 to 8 pm; work-from-home incentive earned with timely documentation. Compensation: New Therapist: Starting wage $65,000 Fully Licensed Therapist: $70,000 5 years of Applicable Experience: $75,000 Benefits Package: Equals to approximately $22,000 Includes - medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, flexible spending account, retirement plan, paid leave, employee assistance program, and education assistance. Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT). Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
