The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and committed to providing exceptional dental care. You will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry while being supported by a highly trained team and efficient systems. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures; including exams, restorations, crowns, root canals, extractions, and preventive care Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient experiences Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active UT dental license (or eligibility for licensure) Strong clinical skills and sound treatment planning abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care Compensation Competitive compensation structure daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater.
