Quality Patient Safety Coordinator plays a crucial role in
advancing our mission by developing, implementing, and monitoring
our patient safety and quality improvement initiatives. This role
involves collaboration with healthcare professionals across our
network to foster an environment of continuous improvement and to
meet compliance with regulatory standards. Our ideal candidate is a
detail-oriented, experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate
about healthcare quality and patient safety. Lead and manage
patient safety and quality improvement projects across the
facility. Analyze data related to patient outcomes and safety
incidents to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement
patient safety protocols in accordance with the latest standards
and regulations. Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff
on patient safety best practices. Collaborate with healthcare teams
to disseminate and implement best practices across all departments.
Prepare and present reports on patient safety and quality
initiatives to senior management and regulatory bodies. Coordinate
with external regulators and inspectors to ensure compliance and
accreditation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics Ability to
train and educate healthcare staff Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
