As a Customer Service Representative you will take inbound calls to assist customers by answering questions regarding their lease agreement, help manage customer payment scheduling, process payments, and close paid leases.   • Perform inbound calls with any applicable party, in this position you will rarely make any outbound calls
    • Help customers process new payments and manage lease payment schedules
      • Coordinate with other departments to best meet the customer's needs
        • Provide outstanding and caring customer support to all customersRequirements1-year experience of customer service in a call center is preferred, but not required.
          • Fluent in English
          • English and Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
            • Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills
              • Reliable - great attendance & time management
                • Computer savvy; ability to type 40 WPM to 60 WPM is preferred
                  • Basic mathematical knowledge of percentages and payment processes
                    • Strong oral and written communication skills
