Job Description Description: The Agent will be responsible for
coordinating a number of tasks to support the Property & Title
Department. The ideal candidate has proven ability to manage
multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously whilst
maintaining excellent service and exceeding expectations, often in
difficult or challenging circumstances. Additionally, the candidate
must have strong problem-solving skills and be results-oriented to
proactively manage and deliver to the expectations whilst
protecting the interests of the Company and its investors.
Responsibilities Customer and Sales Queries --- Manage and
prioritize a high volume of internal and external inquires via
WebForm and phone and provide basic information regarding the
reassignment process. Be proactive and anticipate potential
problems before they arise Case Management --- Open, assign and
monitor cases to Reassignment Agents for active transfers Audit and
Close Folders --- Review each case file before it is closed. Audit
for accuracy and completeness Data Entry - On approval from
Supervisor, enter relevant information and financial data into the
Reassignment Database Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2
years' customer service experience required Four-year college
degree in a financial or business-related field (or equivalent
experience) preferred not required Solar Experience preferred not
required Evidence of exceptional ability Highly organized and
process oriented with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
simultaneously Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Calm and positive manner, ability to handle escalated customers
Proficient in the use of common internet browsers Adobe Acrobat
Professional, MS Office Outstanding written and verbal
communication skills Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to
adjust to different situations and process changes Regular,
reliable and predictable attendance required Ability to work well
with others in a collaborative team environment
