Job Description:

The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representatives!



Great work schedule! Listening Center is open from 6AM to 7PM Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:00 Saturdays-closed Sunday. Mountain Time



Shifts preferred:



* 7 AM - 3 PM Mountain Time

* 8 AM - 4 PM Mountain Time

* 9 AM - 5 PM Mountain Time



Here's what you'll be doing:



* Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.

* Determine customer's concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.

* Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.

* Document and update customer records.

* Establish and maintain great customer relationships.

* Be a team player and uphold the Ken Garff's standards of professionalism and integrity.

* All calls are recorded and monitored for quality services



Network Requirements:



* Hardwired Internet (Ethernet connection)

* 25 Mbps download speed minimum

* 10 Mbps upload speed minimum



Equipment Requirements:



* Must provide your own equipment

* Headset with microphone

* Windows PC desktop with Intel i5 processor - 2430M at 2.40GHz or equivalent, 8GB of RAM available, and working webcam

* Dual computer monitors

* Laptops not accepted

* Apple products and Chromebooks not compatible/accepted



Qualifications:



* Must meet network and equipment requirements

* Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service oriented

* Fluent in Spanish and English

* Proficient computer skills, capability to manage multiple systems, and able to type 30 + wpm

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal)

* Previous customer service or call center experience a plus

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S

* Must be located in Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, Colorado, Texas, Michigan, and Iowa

Job Type: Full-Time (35-40 hour work week)



Pay: Starting at $15.50 per hour
