Job Description:

Lead and develop the account team in all aspects of their customer
business relationships. Responsible for the annual plan which
includes achieving Swire's key pillars of profit, volume and
revenue for their team and designated geography. Provide strategic
direction for the Supermarket Channel, developing the annual CMA
Agreements, attending customer meetings, as well as collaborating
with mainstream bottlers, commercialization, CCNA and
cross-franchise brand partners. Steward trimester plans to Swire's
Senior Leadership Team and Sales Operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term and long-term (5-Year CAGR) strategic
direction for Key Account team and overall Supermarket Channel in
order to drive profit, volume, market share, SOVI and RED Score
growth
- Develop the Key Account Team through coaching, mentoring,
leadership and cross functional training, preparing the Associates
for success and advancement within the organization
- Create profitable and competitive pricing strategies as well as
develop annual Customer Marketing Agreements to drive success in
the Swire Marketplace and the West Region
- Lead Top-to-Top stewardship reviews while cultivating
relationships with customer's senior leadership team
- Collaborate with Commercialization to develop incentives,
custom programs and point-of-sale tied to key pillar programs and
regional/local assets
- Responsible for the overall channel budget, forecast and
accuracy in CP3 rolling up to meet the annual business plan
- Review and approve Key Account Manager promotional ROI's for
profitability and conduct post analysis measuring the success
levels of promotional activity
- Ensure the execution of all available tools and resources for
development of the Key Account Managers to include Collaborating
for Value, Persuasive Presentation Skills and Collaborative
Business Planning
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
or
- 8-10 years proven sales experience/customer management
required
- 8-10 years beverage or fast moving consumer goods industry
experience required
- 2-4 years sales operations experience required
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint (High proficiency)
- Experience in the development of marketing and commercial
programs (High proficiency)
- Successful track record of building strong business
relationships within the marketplace (High proficiency)
- Understanding of promotional activities, product lines and
competitive positioning (High proficiency)
