work.(sm)Positions in this functions designs, develops, and manages
activities for a specific product or group of products from product
definition and planning through production, release, and end of
life. Responsible for the full product lifecycle management, with a
technical focus, including strategy, design, development,
management, and end of life of new, existing or acquisition
products. Leverage market insights to understand market/customer
needs as well as emerging technology developments and trends to
identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current product
offerings. Balances deep subject matter expertise in the product,
business use cases and strong technical aptitude. Accountable for
delivering product performance against expectations and updates
changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position, and
optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs.
Accountable to and/or own the P&L. Responsible for
cross-functional stakeholder management to include but not limited
to design, engineering, scrum teams, business leaders, etc.,
functioning as technical expert with a fluency in development
concepts and modern development practices. Positions in this
function may require a background or degree in computer science or
engineering.You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from
anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough
challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Gather/validate requirements with stakeholders and the project
team
- Track support tickets
- Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of databases
and healthcare data
- Support all phases of the software development lifecycle
(SDLC)
- Solid knowledge of Claims Manager or Claims Edit System
- Working knowledge of CM/CES specific databases, database
structures, xml, json
- Demonstrates effectiveness of working in a highly matrixed

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in delivery of software solutions
- Working knowledge of databases, database structures, xml,

Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to
$146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is
$90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
