Job Description:
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required;
college degree or equivalent experience preferred 1–5 years of
experience in a customer service, contact center, or technical
support environment Technical aptitude; comfortable using and
supporting software systems, mobile apps, and desktop platforms
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends,
and holidays as needed
