Program Lead to drive the execution of digital initiatives that support commercial business transformation. This role will oversee the delivery of cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, operational readiness, and measurable business outcomes. Client Details Hexcel is a leading supplier of carbon fiber, honeycomb and other composite materials for the commercial aerospace industry. Description Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of digital programs across commercial business units. Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product managers, IT, operations, and business stakeholders. Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks. Champion user-centric design and digital adoption strategies across commercial teams. Use Agentic thinking and automation to dramatically improve process effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement. Track KPIs and report on program health to executive stakeholders. Support change management and adoption strategies across impacted teams. Profile A successful Program Lead - Commercial Business Digital Solutions should have: 7 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in digital transformation or commercial systems. Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital initiatives in a matrixed environment. Strong understanding of digital platforms and their role in commercial operations. Deep experience with Microsoft D365 Sales is preferred. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. PMP, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus. U.S. citizenship required.
