Job Description:

This is an experienced and highly capable contractor to lead the implementation of an on-premise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solution at our Space & Defense facility. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in D365 Sales, strong project management skills, and a proven track record within the aerospace and defense sector. Client Details A global leader in advanced composites manufacturing, this company specializes in producing lightweight, high-performance materials used in aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. Their innovations help improve fuel efficiency and durability in aircraft and other high-tech equipment. Description Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 Sales, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards. Configure and customize D365 Sales to meet specific business needs. Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Conduct comprehensive system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure a smooth deployment. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new system. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly. Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Profile Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, preferably in an on-premise environment. Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery. Familiarity with the aerospace and defense industry and its specific requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications in D365 Sales and project management are a plus. Job Offer An hourly rate.
