Job Description:
The General Superintendent is a key field leadership role within
our federal construction team. This position oversees all field
operations across multiple concurrent projects and directly
supervises and supports superintendents, field staff, and
subcontractor teams across the United States.With a primary focus
on schedule execution, workforce coordination, and federal
compliance, the General Superintendent ensures our projects are
delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
This strategic role supports execution and team development,
bridging high-level project management and day-to-day field
leadership.
