is hiring a Shop Floater to support daily operations in a
manufacturing shop environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on
individual with forklift experience and strong mechanical aptitude
who is comfortable moving throughout the shop to assist where
needed. The Shop Floater will act as an extension of the QC
Manager, helping ensure trailers are properly touched up, stacked,
and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities • Float throughout the
shop to assist with various operational needs • Support the QC
Manager with trailer touch-ups and quality-related tasks • Stack
and prepare trailers for shipment • Operate a forklift to move
materials and trailers as needed • Assist with general shop duties
to keep workflow moving efficiently Qualifications • Forklift
experience required • Forklift certification preferred • Strong
mechanical aptitude • Ability to adapt and assist in multiple areas
of the shop • Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented Pay $19 per
hour Schedule Full Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM shop
