As a leader on the team, you will be challenged with driving
revenue growth, building a high-performance sales organization, and
developing a highly productive partner networkfocused on acquiring
new logos for the acquisition team. You will have ownership of all
sales aspects of the business for the region.
Enterprise Regional Sales Director, Acquisition, will be a
seasoned sales leader with tremendous drive, intelligence, and
capability. She/he will be highly motivated and have the ability
and desire to have an impact on the future of the business. The
successful candidate will be a multi-dimensional thinker who
operates not only on the basis of important past experiences, but
in light of new approaches and developments that occur in the
market. She/he will be passionate about technology sales.
This person needs to be an expert at positioning business value,
selling enterprise software solutions within the enterprise
segment, managing complex sales cycles and building relationships
with key stakeholders in large corporations.

What you’ll own:
Develop and execute on a business plan to acquire and grow
enterprise net new logos
Guide and manage the activities of the assigned region to ensure
that company revenue goals and objectives are exceeded
Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and
closed deals to ensure above quota results based on successful
pipeline managementas well as coaching the team with various
Attract, hire, onboard and retain top sales talent
Display a thorough understanding of business needs and revenue
potential for accounts in the assigned region
Work with team members individually as needed while always
promoting a healthy team environment
Support the sales team on their sales calls as needed with added
Experience you’ll need:
Ability to orient and drive around a sales methodology
Minimum of 5 years enterprise software sales experience
successfully selling solutions at the C-level with 2+ years of
sales management experience.
Experience managing and building a team of successful SaaS and
or technology solution sellers.
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower
employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
Strong track record of exceeding company sales quotas in a
complex sales environment
Experience in territory management and planning, at the regional
and account levels
Proven expertise with teaching, coaching and training sales
Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills
Willing to travel as needed throughout the region.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
