Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst 1-800 Contacts is seeking a dynamic FP&A Senior Analyst who will partner closely with senior business leaders and be responsible for supporting critical business projects. They will be a key member of the FP&A team that will play a critical role in managing the corporate FP&A process. This role will have the freedom to innovate and recommend new processes to drive positive financial impact. This is a highly visible role, so strong leadership and advanced communications skills are critical for success. What you''ll do: Coordinate forecasting and planning processes with business leaders and the FP&A team. Coordinate and develop scalable financial tools and reports that align and simplify business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes. Increase productivity by developing automated processes, reporting, and analysis. Improve financial performance by analyzing and interpreting data, making comparative analyses, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans, forecasts, and trends Facilitate financial review meetings with cross functional business stakeholders, business managers, and senior management Lead ad hoc financial analysis for increased business intelligence and action What you''ll need: Bachelor''s degree in finance, accounting, business, or other quantitative field 3 years of relevant FP&A experience MBA preferred Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with database tools preferred (SQL, VBA, Power BI, etc.) Experience with financial systems (for example: Vena, Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including PowerPoint presentation, written, and oral communication skills Comfortable with translating large volumes of complex data into actionable insights and clearly presenting their findings to senior management Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously along with requirements from various stakeholders Must be very detail oriented Integrity Self-motivated Respectful, positive attitude Perks In-house restaurant with highly discounted meals (Steak dinner under $3.00) Free snacks, ice cream, and drinks every day Full gym with various classes (yoga, cycling, etc) Free personal trainers Numerous fun company events Paid training conference once per year Tuition Reimbursement program Free eye exams Discounts on lenses, glasses, and other services by Jobble
