How you can make a difference


HealthEquity is looking for a talented recruiter to join the team. This is a fast-paced role that will proactively lead HealthEquity’s unique recruiting philosophy. This Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting high volume recruiting for the heart of HealthEquity, our front line. The most qualified candidates will have a strong passion for the business and a keen eye to talent/potential.


What you’ll be doing

  • Full life cycle recruiting supporting Operations – HealthEquity’s largest department
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner alongside hiring managers to understand and develop talent goals, calibrate strategies, and drive creative processes for recruiting top talent
  • Advise, partner, and influence key business leaders on the operations and execution of the overall talent acquisition vision and strategy
  • Partner with Talent Operations (Branding) to create robust marketing plans to build talent attraction strategies, targeting critical functions and regions
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Utilize social media platforms to enhance our online recruiting presence
  • Maintain accuracy in internal hiring and budget processes
  • Maintain and update applicant process, including overseeing the overall Applicant Tracking System
  • Partner with internal team members and hiring leaders to proactively lead and enhance HealthEquity recruiting
  • Champion of diversity
  • Be an ambassador to HealthEquity’s values and ‘Purple’ culture

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field strongly preferred
  • 2-4 years of dedicated HR and high volume recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Superior communication skills to successfully build relationships with candidates and internal hiring leaders
  • Strong passion for the field and dedication to be a top performer
  • Proven track record of successful full life cycle recruiting
  • Ability to ‘perceive beyond the obvious’ to bring innovative solutions to the role
