HealthEquity, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Management Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the lifecycle management of IT processes and services including their definition, documentation, governance, and improvements; specifically, this role will work in the areas of IT Knowledge Management, Training and Education, and Communications. Support includes metrics analysis, workflow analysis, and suggested improvements based on findings, and alignment with industry best practices. This role is collaborative and requires key relationships to be established with the business to ensure consistency of delivery, adherence to standard practices, continuous improvement, and balancing the need for IT to move quickly, efficiently, and iteratively while conforming to established control points.

What you'll be doing

* Interface with others to develop IT Knowledge articles and IT Training resources in support of key business processes * Educate business units on the development of new and updated IT processes, as they relate to key business processes * Accountable for IT Knowledge and IT Training content and the quantity/quality of knowledge and the effectiveness of its use * Responsible for the planning, creation, and distribution of branded IT communications through multiple channels for IT projects, IT programs, process changes, technology implementations, planned maintenance, or IT outages that affect end-users * Review and audit the knowledge management and IT training process and their techniques and methods to ensure they are continuously improved * Collaborates with IT teams to integrate communication and change management activities into communication plans by translating technical requirements into communications that are relevant and easily understood by the business * Evaluate IT Knowledge, IT Training, and IT Communication performance metrics against defined critical success factors, institutes actions to correct shortcomings or further streamline the process, and prioritizes expansion activities * Other duties as assigned. * closely with industry and partner organizations to identify threat trends and best practices

What you will need to be successful

* Knowledge of IT procedures, or a closely related field as normally obtained through the completion of a High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field (or commensurate experience) * Experience in conducing incident response procedures is highly desired * Knowledge of industry best practices and frameworks is important for this role * A strong customer service orientation is essential * An aptitude for learning is also critical for success in this role, as well as a demonstrated ability to adapt to the changing demands of business
