The Enterprise Sales Support rep key objectives will include: Execute on on-boarding plans from the SAM team after the 90-day handoff. Create and execute on customer life-cycle support strategies which include contract tenure, upgrade recycle program, network scores, and account behavior to determine plan of action. This will include device recycle program, and base review totality. Identify revenue growth opportunities within new and existing accounts. Increase sales rep selling time by owning support activities (as defined by local support plan). Own and manage end-to-end support activities (billing and customer care inquiries, technical troubleshooting, etc.). Increase ARPU and utilization of enhanced services. Deliver on post-sale support plans that meet the customer s expectations. Data analysis- Providing sales with strategic snapshots that include base, appointments, funnel, ESSR tickets, current MTD sales numbers, and pro-active planning around strategy. Draft marketing blast emails to existing customers on new promotions or other T-Mobile news. Driving execution by triaging tasks, driving sales acceleration activities, and focusing on a pro-active approach.+ Order lifecycle: Assist sales with processing upgrades, renewals and add a line through the order portal, or SFDC. Ensure customer receives correct activation and shipping information and assist with customer return process. Provide a device recycle program for focused accounts.+ Operational Support: Assist sales with setting up corporate order portal, iBilling, MCSA requests, CLM, sales credits, customer reporting, same day account maintenance, and troubleshooting network issues. Create custom reporting for the team.+ Deliver monthly portfolio account reviews (QBR s/RPA s)+ Offer problem resolution paths for technical & other IM and support related issues.
