located inSalt Lake City, UT.
We need an experienced person who can tell us what to do when it
comes to marketing automations.

Here are some things we would love to see in our
futureMarketing Automation Manager:
- Know and understand best practices of email, text,
- A/B test everything untilit'sawesome.
- Understand customer journey and optimize touchpoints.
- Understand and contribute to the sales funnel knowing when and
- Understand that those last two bullets are the same thing.
- Assist in making the customer experience world-class.
- Manage the full automation process of developing, testing,
deploying, andmonitoring marketing activities.
- Increase demand and track/analyze sales and campaigns.
Here are some skillswe'dlike you to have:
- Minimum 5years experience.
- Have created at least one $1M+ automation program or
- Be a problem solver.
- Be proactive.
- Can communicate clearly and through goodor
- Understand data, how to use it, and how to implementit.
- Understand people, psychology and humanbehavior.
- Know when to lead, know when tofollow.
- Isn'tafraid to try new things, and possiblyfail.
- Project planning and management skills.
- Need to have an attention to detail, testing,
- Know pop-upstrategy.
