Learn more about FireEye's world-class solutions and global footprint at Job DescriptionAs a IAM Engineer on FireEye's Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team, you will have a pivotal role in supporting FireEye s mission by building and supporting world-class Identity and Access Management solutions.The successful candidate will collaborate with FireEye s team of experts to build and operate systems that secure and manage access to FireEye s systems and data, helping to secure FireEye and its customers.What You Will Do Design, implement, configure, and support technologies that provide IAM services, such as IGA, PAM, PKI, MFA, SSO, Secrets Management, and application-to-application authentication Design, implement, and help to oversee operational processes and practices Design and implement IAM integrations and processes, such as: User onboarding and offboarding User provisioning and deprovisioning Entitlement Management Application integrations Support audit activities through engineering efforts to automate and provide visibility, as well as developing reports and interfacing with audit personnel Create and maintain detailed documentation to support the implementation, maintenance, and operations of technologies Align technology designs and technology enhancements industry standard technology and security frameworks Assist in collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing stakeholder requirements for implementation Interpret and/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues. Manage and grow stakeholder relationships, including creating feedback loops, frequent engagement, and helping to set and manage stakeholder expectations Act as IAM subject matter expert for business leaders, end users and IT staff in the areas of application architecture and implementation Serve as an escalation point and mentor for other IAM team members Lead and assist with operational incident response activities, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysisQualificationsRequirements 3+ years successfully implementing and operating IAM solutions 5+ years of experience in information technology engineering and operations Proven work experience with technologies and products used to implement modern IAM practices and designs Strong understanding and experience with the implementation and functionality of Identity and Access Management systems and controls Experience implementing at least one of the following PAM solutions: CyberArk, Thycotic, Okta, Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, or Unbound Experience with PKI Experience with Active Directory and/or other LDAP directory services Expertise in platform security, administration, and management, such as Microsoft Windows Server administration and/or Linux system administration Experience implementing and operating technologies that are SaaS-based and running in Cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) Experience working with a DevOps team, practices, and culture Highly motivated, goal driven, influential, innovative, curious and open minded, fun to work with, team player Excellent written and verbal communications skills Experience in working in highly regulated industries and technology environments Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology Willingness to work with people in different time zones Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide support on evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced noticeAdditional Qualifications Ability to travel as needed in support of planning, stakeholder engagement, and other activities (15%)Additional InformationAt FireEye we are committed to our #OneTeam approach combining diversity, collaboration, and excellence.
