The Human Resources Business Partner will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and will be responsible for partnering and consulting on all aspects of talent management, employee engagement, organizational change, compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition and compensation with business line leaders. The HR Business Partner should have experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment, have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across various stakeholders. Resourcefulness, action oriented, initiative and business acumen are key attributes for this position.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with business line leaders to help provide comprehensive HR support and thought leadership within the business Evaluate and assess organizational needs and provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning Collaborate, coach and advise business partners on complex employee relations issues Provide counseling and direction to team members, facilitate communication, and help investigate and resolve conflicts that impact team member engagement Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations Promote the effective use of performance management, coaching, and professional development processes/systems to improve and enhance employee productivity and achievement Implement integrated talent solutions (e.g., training, communications, systems, processes, tools, metrics, and internal partnerships) with external clients Facilitate training and development programs customized to the needs and goals of team members Analyze trends and metrics within the organization to develop solutions, programs and policies Champion and foster company vision, tenets and culture by ensuring individual/team actions and behaviors are in alignment Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent 7+ years of HR experience with broad exposure to all functional HR areas Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills Proven ability to drive team excellence and performance using effective talent and performance management practices Proven ability to build relationship with business leaders and influence change Understanding of business drivers when making decisions and resolving problems Ability to travel as needed to other locations, potentially 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

PHR or SHRM-CP certification Global Human Resources Experience Experience working within a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Experience with Learning Management Systems
