Job Description:

Customer Success Managers work with our current retailers to increase lease volume within a portfolio of merchants, provide support, and explain Acima's leasing product. They resolve issues at the point-of-sale with merchants and conduct periodic health checks on accounts within their portfolio. Acima has proven that a strong Customer Success Manager can increase the lifetime value of merchants through facilitating onboarding with merchants and developing professional relationships with merchants. Ideal candidates will have an ambitious work-ethic as it requires 40-50% of the day working on the phone with our merchant partners.Position FunctionsTrain merchants to use the merchant portal and all aspects of the business.Work with merchants on lease applications, funding, and adjustments.Navigate and maintain key account information in CRM (Salesforce).Develop & maintain expert-level understanding of Acima's lease-to-own productBuilds & maintain relationships with key account contactsIncrease revenue/lease volume within their assigned regionDiagnose pain points with merchants and Acima's productLead in cross-department collaborationManage sales pipeline to increase company lease fulfillmentSupport Regional Vice President (RVP), Area Sales Managers (ASM), and Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales or account management and customer/merchant services.Effective listening skills with the ability to act on what is learnedStrong oral and written communication skills, ability to present and teach small groups.Proven time management skills.Critical thinking and decision making responsibilitiesExcellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence positive outcomes.Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and the ability to multitask.Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM desiredFull-time position. Office hours and some weekends required. Total compensation target $75-85K annually.
