The Senior Manager of Partner Experience will be responsible for elevating SnapAV's industry-leading experience for partners worldwide. This position will need to understand the intricacies of the partner experience from onboarding through aftermarket support, support the company-wide strategy to enhance the partner journey and collaborate cross-functionally to successfully manage initiatives. The Senior Manager of Partner Experience requires strategic thinking as well as excellent execution to make the vision a reality. In addition to managing internal collaboration, there will be significant external interaction to gather partner feedback and market perspective. This individual must have solid business acumen with experience in presenting to leadership, be analytically driven, as well as be experienced in leading cross-functional team members.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and evaluate the partner journey while making high-impact recommendations
  • Lead cross-functional enhancements to improve the partner experience
  • Support company efforts to effectively solicit and use partner feedback to guide internal actions and decision making
  • Design and own partner experience scorecard and partner health dashboards to track and communicate ongoing performance
  • Establish relationships with SnapAV partners to best understand their businesses and needs
  • Benchmark partner experience versus relevant industry competitors
  • Analyze and quantify the partner experience to identify the greatest opportunities of improvement
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and business leaders
  • Understand industry trends and competitive information to develop strategies and tactics to promote the organization in compelling and differentiated ways
  • Create and implement business cases that drive the improvement of the partner experience
  • Provide on-going analytic support for additional projects and initiatives

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years' relevant channel experience; or a Bachelors' degree and 7+ years' relevant channel experience
  • 3+ years' experience within B2B
  • Management experience
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Experience in building and presenting business cases to senior leadership
  • Proven ability of creating then translating analyses into insights and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced business degree
  • Previous consumer electronics industry
