We areCONNECTING HEALTH AND WEALTH.Come be part of remarkable.How you can make a differenceWith direction from senior and executive leadership, the Manager of Client Implementation Solutions leads a team of service delivery professionals, providing overall coordination and management to program and/or product implementations and solutions for all products and services within HealthEquity’s product portfolio. The Manager of Client Implementation Solutions collaborates with the sales division to ensure the provision of effective presentation and technical sales support as well as timely and well-executed project launch plans. At times, this leader may engage on projects and escalations for large and/or key clients to ensure that all scope, quality, budgetary and scheduling targets and requirements are met. A combination of technical acumen, interpersonal skills, a strong sense of initiative, and a tenacity to improve internal processes are critical. This position typically reports to a Director with focused responsibility for implementation services. The Client Implementation Solutions team(s) work closely with operational management teams, cross-functional management teams, and internal or external customer/client leaders.What you’ll be doing Lead a team of implementation services individuals, which includes but is not limited to hiring, scheduling, training, compensation, and performance management reviews and duties. Ensure team members are knowledgeable of the Company’s portfolio of products/services, receive training, and are prepared to perform work at the appropriate level. Allocate project assignments to best utilize resources, meet project objectives, and deliver quality customer service. Manage and oversees the activities of project management professionals to ensure that projects remain on track and aligned with organizational objectives, including but not limited to schedules, budgets, key project objectives and project methodology as set forth by the Company.May lead the development and execution of project specifications, objectives and plans for implementations and solutions for large and/or key accounts as well as highly complex projects. This entails interface with clients and/or internal staff to produce functional specifications, design documents, and other blueprints for the project. Serve as a point person for others to lend expertise and provide project and technical advice based on experience and specialized knowledge respective to a particular operational function. Assist project managers with their approach to projects, analysis and technical issues.Maintain full accountability for the administrative matters concerning the team including preparing setting team goals as aligned with targets/goals established by the leadership team; and developing and managing procedures, policies or methodologies for effective sales support, project management, and cost containment. Monitor and assess the team’s operational performance and take action to redirect activities as appropriate. Provide reports of the team’s performance for leadership’s review.Provide support for escalated technical, operational or customer issues. This entails but is not limited to further research of the issue, evaluation of several courses of conduct and follow-up with respective parties to provide effectual resolution within the appropriate scope of authority.Establish effective communication with leaders and executives across technical and non-technical departments in order to identify key plan tasks, risks, issues and due dates. Keep the appropriate people informed of project progress and disseminate information on any problems or potential delays. Lead and participate in contingency planning activities.Work closely with customers to promote relationships, products and services and ensure that client needs are met with quality levels of service. Minimal travel is required. Required travel may be significantly greater as required by department and project needs.What you will need to be successful Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology related major. Formalized education, training or certification in project management practices, theories, and processes is preferred.5-7 years of project management or coordination experience3-5 years in a strong leadership roleAbility to learn and navigate new company systemsA thorough knowledge and understanding of the benefits industry and/or bankcard operations is strongly preferred. Knowledge of pre-tax benefits, payroll and basic benefits accounting is also preferredExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, guide and lead others in implementations and provide direction to project management professionals as described. Proven written, presentation and verbal communication skills are required.Proven leadership skills, a high degree of organizational skill and the demonstrated ability to effectively lead, plan and manage multiple projects through others is required. An excellent understanding of the scope and requirements of implementation projects including system scope, project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member is required to effectively coordinate the activities of the teamThe ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects in a professional manner is essential. Additionally, the ability to plan and manage the department budget and other administrative activities as described is necessary.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and provide resolution for much escalated customer and system issues as described. High levels of analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for evaluating data and information.A thorough knowledge and understanding of all areas of business operations and an aptitude for systems and technical capabilities is required. The ability to lead customers through demonstrations and usage of transactional applications is required. Strong application knowledge and understanding of company programs, services and products. The ability to rapidly acquire and demonstrate good product knowledge is required. Additionally, an in-depth understanding of the company's development process, including design, programming and quality assurance is essential. Incumbents should also have an excellent understanding of the Company’s web-based applications, file transfer methods and reporting capabilities.Excellent PC skills and advanced PC skills with business and communications software including Word, Excel, Access, and Microsoft Project are required. Knowledge and proficiency with web-based tools, relational databases and internet solutions are also required.
