Reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through consultative and technical selling while providing best in class support and service. The position will be working with existing customers (dealers/integrators) to increase sales and to promote new products and product categories. Having familiarity with a discovery to close sales process, being comfortable with high volume outbound calls and emails with a high attention to detail are key attributes for success in this position. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and assigned KPI's
  • Manage a large book of B2B reseller accounts to build pipeline, track and close deals
  • Build strong relationships with customers in order to become a strategic product partner
  • Utilize marketing data to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partnership, clear communication skills and consistent messaging to dealers between Inside and Outside sales teams
  • Ability to learn and comprehend a large range of electrical based product knowledge in order to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives
  • Explain technical, industry and market facts to best position our products as a competitive solution


Required Qualifications

  • High School
  • 2 + years Sales Experience
  • Experience with a CRM database
  • Pipeline Management
  • Ability to read and translate Data Analysis/Processing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience in consumer technology, CEDIA, or parallel industries such as security, lighting, cable/satellite
