Job Description Key Responsibilities: Find companies that require construction software or are shopping to replace construction software. Work with project managers and with the Operations and IT department. Develop outreach strategies and new lead generation methods. Passionate about the product and able to present an authentic demo environment for prospective clients. Serves as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determines the next steps for each prospect moving through the pipeline. Work with customers to understand and identify their strategic vision and objectives and align our products and services where opportunities exist. Use diagnostic questioning to identify needs and opportunities within an organization. Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline. Prepare and conduct tailored and compelling online product demonstrations based on knowledge of prospect's needs. Become an expert on Construction software products and services and how they can be utilized across clients unique workflows. QUALIFICATIONS 2 years experience in SAAS sales preferred not required Experience in construction businesses preferred. Strong working knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft Office applications and CRM Strong analytical skills that enable the development of a complete sales cycle. Consultative, solution experience selling software products. Bachelor's Degree. Locations Requirement for Draper, Utah Phoenix, Arizona
