(+ many more features!)With ~10,000 clients, extreme monthly growth, $360 million in venture capital raised from top investors, and 450+ mission-driven employees, we're well on our way.About the positionThe Integrated Campaigns Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing demand-generation campaigns in partnership with the Marketing, Sales Development, and other Sales teams. They will design multi-channel go-to-market strategies, offers, events, and programs. They will work closely with teams across Divvy to execute end-to-end campaigns driving pipeline growth, closed business, and platform utilization.What you'll be doingCreate and execute impactful campaigns and events to drive pipeline, ensuring coverage for each sales segmentCollaboratively work with sales, SDRs, channel marketers, creative, and web teams to execute polished end-to-end campaigns from ad creative to demoEfforts may include digital, email, sales development cadences, webinars, content syndication, email, direct mail, and moreExecute on a robust calendar of virtual and physical events, managing the planning, logistics, and executionTrack performance of campaigns and efforts, and utilize that data to develop and optimize future campaignsCollaborate with sales and sales development leaders to ensure appropriate prioritization and enablement for effective follow up on integrated marketing campaignsDevelop, write, and test Outreach sequences for campaign follow up to ensure we are getting the most from each of our marketing campaigns and activitiesPartner with marketing operations to ensure effective lead flow and tracking through Marketo and SalesforceQualifications3-5 years work experience in a marketing or technology-related organizationSolid understanding of pipeline management and sales metricsExperience working with SDRs and direct sales teamsExcellent project management and collaboration skillsProven success in conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales successAbility to manage cross-functional projectsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience requiredTo stand out!Highly organized and process-orientedStrong internal and external communication abilitiesStrategic thinker and tactical executorAbility to learn quickly and take feedback from othersEager to lend a hand to broader team initiatives when neededFlexibility to work in a rapidly changing environmentTotal rewardsAt Divvy we've been intentional in designing scalable benefits, rewards, and perks that meet our workforce where they are while managing expectations as we scale.
