Progressive Leasing is hiring an Account Executive to join our small to medium (SMB) sales division. You will work within the sales and support team, which is responsible for driving company initiatives specific to customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals.

This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the US or from one of our locations in Draper, UT or Glendale, AZ.

THE DETAILS

In this role you will act as a brand ambassador for the Company; fostering relationships with major retailer personnel in order to help drive sales as well as meeting with territory, market, and district leaders to review financial results with regard to product usage.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for the revenue growth of assigned individual retail partners
  • Responsible for retail partner relationships
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly business plans; drive measurable results for Progressive Leasing
  • Understand and anticipating the needs of the customer; strategically planning and addressing those needs in a manner that is appropriate for the customer and Progressive
  • Serve as a critical point of contact for the dealer owner; establish relationships of trust within assigned accounts - builds trust over time by executing flawlessly for the customer and for Progressive Leasing
  • Acts as the lead for all internal retailer support organizations - must be able to have a working knowledge of operations, finance, training, account management, legal, and IT
  • Other duties as needed
  • Up to 50% travel required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years' managing a national footprinted account
  • 4+ years' Sales Management experience (remote team experience preferred)
  • 3+ years' retail/account management experience to be considered
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
