OverviewWe are CONNECTING HEALTH AND WEALTH. Come be part of remarkable.How you can make a differenceThe Operations Processing Team is the front line of defense for HealthEquity. We are responsible for processes related to the distribution of documents throughout the company using our Document Management System and handling of physical incoming documents.Operations Processors will perform key, daily transactional operations such as opening and logging items received, importing data into internal systems, routing documents using our Document Management System to multiple departments, assisting with quality assurance and other ancillary tasks.It will be beneficial to have an understanding of IRS regulations related to contribution eligibility, annual limits and tax implications as well as familiarity with all types of deposits applicable to healthcare accounts. It is your responsibility to ensure that each process is covered and completed within the expected time frame.In addition to ensuring that the daily operational work is accomplished, you must be able to identify where improvement is needed in system and processes.
